Aggiornato il descriptor web.xml dalla versione 2.5 alla 3.0 e corretto l'ordine degli elementi XML
per garantire la compatibilità con l'opzione Tomcat '-Dorg.apache.catalina.STRICT_SERVLET_COMPLIANCE=true' anche nelle applicazioni usate dalla testsuite
